| Major repair of installing a new transmission done timely and with no issues. Pure Auto kept us informed all along the process. I went to Pure Auto because a few months ago I took my mother in laws car there for transmission service. The called me to tell me there was nothing wrong with the transmission and they suspect my mother in law had the car in low gear driving which caused her concern. No charge. So when I had transmission issues with my car, I took the car there because I knew I could trust them to give me an honest assessment. |
