| The whole crew is top notch. Recently they diagnosed a problem with my Alfa Romeo and referred me to the dealer for warranty service. They did not charge me anything. Their oil changes are quick and efficient, and I will probably use them when tire replacement is due. |

| Other than warranty service from new car dealers, Pure Auto is the only auto service center that we use. We?ve never had a problem. |

| My automobile is always serviced at Pure Auto because of their pricing, availability and professionalism. However, I did encounter a technician who has never followed up with me regarding a discontinued part he was going to try and locate for me. That was a week and a half agho. |
